ウォータープルーフなどの密着性に優れた商品による毛穴詰まり、メイクオフしないままの就寝、メイクの残留物が残るような不十分な洗顔

皮膚そのものの汚れ

ハウスダスト、寝具やカーペットなどに潜むダニの死骸やホコリチリなどの汚れ、皮脂や髪の毛の汚れ、カビや雑菌

生活環境

大気汚染物質、タバコの煙、調理用油を使う環境、農薬物質

外部刺激

紫外線、季節の変わり目による乾燥、ニキビ薬の乱用、過度な洗顔や摩擦をしたクレンジング

どちらかというと20代前半くらいの新陳代謝が活発で、皮脂分泌が過多になりがちな若い世代に多くみられます。


はじめは毛穴周辺が硬くなっているところから始まり、
白ニキビ→赤ニキビ→黄ニキビという段階を踏むのがほとんどです。
発生個所に一貫性は無く、様々な箇所に発生します。

ケア方法

前述した外的要因が発生原因のことから、お肌を清潔に保つことが大切です。
かといって何度もゴシゴシと洗ってしまうと、お肌が余計に荒れてしまい、お肌に必要な常在菌も洗い落とし、逆にお肌を守ろうと皮脂が増えてしまうため、過度な洗顔は控えましょう。
できれば事前にホットタオルや湯煎の蒸気で毛穴を広げ、皮脂や角栓が柔らかくなってからのクレンジング・洗顔がオススメです。
洗顔料はホイップ状に泡立て、優しく泡を押し当てるように、洗います。


洗顔料が残らぬよう、ぬるま湯で優しくしっかりと洗い流したら、収れん化粧水(さっぱりタイプの化粧水)、ビタミンC誘導体化粧水などで保湿を十分に行うことが改善への近道です。
また、いくら炎症箇所が気になるからといって、指先で触ったり潰したりと刺激を与えてしまうと、炎症を悪化させ、回復が遅くなり、最悪化膿する可能性もあります。
最終的には色素沈着やニキビ痕を作る原因となるので、直接触れるのは避けましょう。
収れん剤として、天然由来エキスのワレモコウエキス、ハマメリスエキスなど。殺菌作用としてはセージ葉エキスなどもおすすめです。

また、内的要因の改善=生活習慣や食生活から見直す必要があるため、人によっては大変だと思うこともあります。
ケア方法・ホルモンバランスの乱れ→子宮や卵巣がある骨盤内のスペースは極力冷やさず、カイロや腹巻などで温める、湯煎にしっかり浸かることを心がけます。
また、亜鉛やミネラルを含む食べ物を摂取し、内側からも温めます。
生理前の期間は甘いものや脂っぽいもの、味の濃いものを食べたくなる傾向が強くなりますが、極力控えると身体を冷やさずに済みます。
また、0時までにはベッドに入り、質の良い睡眠を心がけることもバランスを整えることに繋がります。

精神的なストレス

たとえ些細なことでも、長期間続いたり、短期間でも睡眠障害になるほどの強いストレスがあると副腎皮質ホルモンと子宮から男性ホルモンの分泌が活発になることから、皮質分泌が高まりニキビが出来やすくなります。
プラセンタやローヤルゼリー、イソフラボンなどの入ったサプリメントなどを摂取し、女性ホルモンの働きを促すのが有効的と考えられます。
皮脂分泌が多い方はビタミンC誘導体のローションを使用するのも良いでしょう。

食事内容の見直しで治癒を促す

流行りの激辛料理、脂っこい食事、甘いものの取り過ぎに注意をし、なるべく生野菜や果物、海藻類やキノコなどのミネラル類といった抗酸化食品を積極的に摂取すると良いでしょう。
また乱れた食生活は、便秘の原因にもなります。
また、タバコの吸い過ぎやアルコールの過剰摂取も控えることも大切です。

クレーター肌の根源となるニキビ痕とは

ニキビの原因菌と呼ばれているアクネ桿菌は、
同時に「ボルフィリン」と呼ばれる老廃物を生み出します。
このボルフィリンが紫外線に触れると、活性酵素を発生させ毛穴周辺に大きなダメージを与えます。
これらが赤みと熱、痛みを伴った大きく腫れたニキビの起因となります。


また、活性酵素によるメラニン色素の増加により色素沈着もできます。
ニキビ痕となる要因として考えられるのは、炎症の強さや期間が長い、無理に雑菌だらけの指や、道具を使って潰すなどといった行為を元に、出来てしまいます。
炎症がピークになった後、徐々にニキビの原因菌は力を失い、死骸は「膿」となります。
この状態はまさしく治りかけですので、焦らずに見守りましょう。

ケア方法

色素沈着の対策として、ビタミンC誘導体や美白効果のある基礎化粧品を使用したり、炭酸パックや血行促進効果のあるパックを週2～3回の使用も効果的です。炎症がある程度治まっていれば、軽めのピーリングも行うと良いでしょう。
